The Service and generated output

The Service provides music production tools, including MIDI generation.

You own the MIDI output you generate using the Service, and you may use it commercially.

Availability and changes

Payments (planned)

The Service is currently free. We may add optional paid support or subscription features in the future (for example, via Patreon). If we do, additional terms may apply and we will update these Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, produc.ing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.
